                        | A woman of great courage! |
                        | This is one woman I immeasurably admire. I love her like mad. She was a rock behind her husband - something I admire so much in women, women that are definitely not subservient yet stand behind their husbands like a rock. I can't really put it in words. She was not in the background. She was there in the forefront but somehow did not let her relationship and love for Dr King get relegated to the background. I loved her focus and humilty in spite of all. She had a lot of qualities that I pray for in a wife, straight up!

Even when he died, she turned the death of her husband to a great legacy of freedom fighting. She never gave up on Dr. King's dream of black freedom . She continued his legacy fighting for all kinds of human rights - civil, women, health care, children, poor people, name it. She even fought against apartheid in South Africa and all. I love her and I am sure she's in heaven. Like we say in Nyja after the French, Adieu, Mrs King!!!
