Direct Access to Humans at various Customer Service Desks.

Many times when I call a customer service line, I am welcomed by some automated system. This, I know pisses me off just like many other people, I know. I always press 0 immediately hoping to talk to a human being rather than the automated service. However, this does not always work. I found the website of some guy (Paul English) that has been able to discover ways to bypass the automated service to talk to a real customer service agent. He has a web page where he lists various companies' customer service numbers and the steps needed to reach a human rather than the automated voice. This i know has been of use for me since I found out. Here is the cheat sheet:

Hopefully we’ll get to know each other this way…there are a ton of Nigerian folks on Blogspot and I think we should get to know each other, I saw this on Xanga and I think its cool so here is how it works.
The Rules 1st player of this "game" starts with the topic "5 weird habits of yourself" and people who get tagged need to write a blogspot entry about their 5 weird habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next 5 people to be tagged and list their blogspot IDs.

1. My feet are covered with socks all the time; the only time you can see my feet in when I am going to have a shower. Even during summer
2. I love chocolate but hate sweets and can’t stand sugar!
3. I am very very absent minded, I can forget to comb my hair/button my shirt and go out and only to be dragged aside and reminded to do it.
4. I am very outspoken, I talk before I think and I don’t think anyone is old enough to escape and tongue lashing from me.
5. I have a nasty temper; when I loose it I don’t scream and shout, instead I go real quiet and then bam! Its like the eye of the storm
