Why Guys Think About Sex All The Time
|
I have always heard people, especially women, say, why do men think about all the time. However, regardless of the truthfulness of this, I have always refuted this question. But for real, I must say this, "That claim can't be truer for most guys." There is no hour (what am I saying, more like minute) that passes that I do not think of sex and I know for a lot of my friends (guys) that I know, that is also the case. Many of them might deny it, but like someone said, even if you wear a $20000 dress for a pig, a pig is still a pig; the truth is still the truth even when many of us, as guys, deny this. I have always wondered why this is the case.
Don't get me wrong, I am sure women think about sex too, but I think it's more common for women to think about when they just had a great one or when they haven't had some in a while and they are fucking dying of "hornyness." For we guys, whether we just had a great one or we haven't had some in a while, or we just had a very horrible one (which hardly ever happens cos what the hell, we always come anywayz), guess what, we are thinking about it. WHY??? I just wonder. I think this is one of the reasons why, unlike women, infidelity is immeasurably prevalent among guys. Women do it, but we all know that we guys (not all for sure) just don't know how to stay monogamous. It's just really saddening, but it's the truth. How can we be when sex is all we think about? WTF! Hey… just thinking!
However, I heard a doctor talk about his reason for this quirkiness in us. He had a study of the brain of a woman and a man. The study involved using some kind of light to illuminate the activity in the brains of both sexes. He found out that there was much more illumination in the brain of woman indicating more activity. In the brain of a man, there was barely any activity, making the brain of guy less exciting. :) His conclusion: Men have to think of sex in order to add some excitement (since we all know sex is very exciting) to their lives and consequently have their brains develop more activity. Lol. Though I don't necessarily agree that there is less activity in the brain of a man, I must say that these so-called study findings might make sense, cos there has to be a reason for this craze in we guys. Like Olu Jacobs used to say in Third Eye (a crime-solving series in Nigeria in the 90s), I JUST WONDER!!!
